Is this your favourite game genre? Why? I like some of them. You know both roguelite and non-traditional roguelike are not a specific genre. They range from platformers to card battlers (deckbuilders), or from shooters to RPGs. It's a diverse universe. e.g. if you like Spelunky, it does not guarantee that you would like/enjoy FTL too. Because they are very different games. Have you played any of them?

No, I'm completely ignorant about them. I typically find a game that I really like and play it forever. So most games pass me by.
