My daughter has taken over my World of Warcraft gaming, but with time her desktop is getting a bit shaky handling the game. It's been a long time since I've been out computer-shopping, so if anyone can help me find something suitable I'd appreciate some pointers.
I'm looking for something that will run Warcraft with medium-to-high graphic settings, with a price point of no more than $400. I'm not a die-hard AMD or NVidia fan for graphics, so whatever works is fine with me.
As for OS, we're all familiar with Windows and all my other stuff runs on that, so Mac or Linux is out.
I now this is bare-bones information, but if anyone can point me in the right direction or link something that would do the job, I thank you in advance.

Socket 1151 I5 - At least 3 ghz Preferably kaby lake (7xxx), but skylake (6xxx) would do. 8 gb system ram (Kaby lake: 2400 MHZ, Sky lake: 2133 MHZ) RX460/RX560 4 gb A 450W power supply would be sufficient for the suggested hardware.

I'll take a look and see what she's got now- I'm hoping I can get away with a graphics card and upgrading the RAM. It's been so long I can't remember if her room is wired or if she's on wi-fi, but I'll run wire if she's not on already; no doubt that will help on speed.

I never use Wi-Fi.
If the computer has quad core, even if it's old, it will probably be fine. If it's an old dual core, a graphics card upgrade might cause CPU bottlenecking.
