Why is Jesus in third place when he deserves first?
Jesus says he is doing his fathers will and not his own. This diminishes him.
We can curse Yahweh and Jesus, but not the Holy Ghost. This elevates the H G above Jesus.
Yahweh created a chimera son and then showed himself to be a deadbeat dad. This reduces him.
Jesus died for us while Yahweh shirked his duty to his child. Right?
This diminishes Yahweh and elevates Jesus.
I think Jesus should be elevated, thanks to those facts.
The religions sorely need a judge and logos and using that Jesus archetype and scrapping the Yahweh archetype is what Jesus was trying to tell us.
I think Yahweh should take third place. Better still, eliminate third place and the adoration of a genocidal and immoral god.
Why is Jesus in third place in the Trinity when he deserves first place, above the genocidal one, unless you see Jesus doing genocide at the end of days?

It doesn't diminish anything. It says Jesus chose to humble Himself and serve rather than be served when He left His throne in heaven to come to earth for a bit. Parents do this with kids all the the time if they are good parents. They still have their authority but they will step down do be their child's friend. I have a a parent who did this and one who didn't. Guess which parent I'm the closest to and get along with? The one who steps down from authority to be my friend and hang out with me. Best thing ever even when grown. Even at work you want the boss to be your friend or else their will be problems. Just watched an undercover boss episode not long ago. A boss was undercover to see how a manager was running a place. The uncover wasn't supposed to reveal his cover until the end of the show but he got so angry with the manager and how he treated employees that he was like it's over I'm telling you who I am now and I'm taking over because you can't be a manager like this.
Btw what do you do for a living? Or if retired what job did you have?

1Peter 1:20 0 He was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake.
Being chosen is not volunteering.
That is convenient for you, as then you do not have to wonder why your prick of a god chose infanticide instead of some other way to resolve his problem.
Your god is sick and has made you sick enough to idolize a genocidal prick.

I've banned members and permabanned members without a tear just joy. But why do I choose to serve a God who came down from His thrown to set time away from His busy schedule to tell me how to go to heaven instead of hell? I think that question answers why. I want to serve Him back as a way to thank Him for actually wanting me in heaven and not wanting me to suffer in hell. Plus He's God and God deserves for His creation to recognize Him for who he is. So not sure what I have been wrong in choosing. I am quite content in my life's choices. |

My two drachma's worth:
God is the Father, Numero Uno, the Big Cheese.
Christ is the first and most powerful of God's Archangels and, as such, carries the title of 'The Son of God'. (There are other Archangels who were created as well, but they don't get the title of 'Son' or 'Daughter'.)
The Holy Spirit is the creative force that is present in God and his Archangels.
Thus, even though I don't hold with the 'Three in One' concept of the Trinity, I am still comfortable with using the formula of 'In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit' for blessings and such.

I do not think that a Cathar Parfait would agree with your view of a son.
Why not a daughter?
Gnostic Christians are universalists and see all souls as equal. We have even tied equality to the righteousness of god.
