Why New York expert? Los Angeles's would be worse?
I think US's prisons manager should learn how to deal with their business on Norwegian system.
At least, I've heard that US prisons are terrible for prisoners. There are clans, mafia, drugs, etc.
Maybe I'm wrong, but what I've taken from this video is how detail and tender some Norwegians care about the people within the cells. The natural conditions, deep and relevant structure - all this is what almost each prison system in the world lacks. So, that's why the decision of the superintendent (and his collegues) to make a visit to Norway was a good one decision.

Thanks. I do some video editing, but picking videos is simply a matter of assuming that if I find a video interesting, someone else is bound to as well.
