Researchers have observed an extreme planet where they suspect it rains iron. The ultra-hot giant exoplanet has a day side where temperatures climb above 2400 degrees Celsius, high enough to vaporize metals. Strong winds carry iron vapor to the cooler night side where it condenses into iron droplets. -- www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2020/03/200311121832.htm

Trying to imagine that. Just wow. Still so much things out there that can be happening that we don't know about. I feel like scooby doo right now in a scary world wondering about what scary stuff can be out there. No Scooby treats for me please. Not a real dog

I am referring to the mystery of the Nazca lines (figures) on the plateau of the Peruvian Andes. As some researches have found out, the lines were made by scraping the layer of iron oxide 10 or more centimeters deep. [one inch = 2.4 cm] My best bet has always been that this layer of iron oxide [= rust] is what is left over from iron artifacts in very ancient times. However, in view of the information you just reported, we have to ask again: How was the layer of the Peruvian rust formed?? Did something happen to Earth that resembles what happened to the planet in question??
