Everything produced by modern western culture is crap, and the movie Joker is no exception. But at least it was visually entertaining enough for me to be able to get through the whole movie (with the help of a large glass of wine). Joker accurately portrays the insane delusions of modern scum both about themselves and about people who don't fit into their depraved culture. The main character in the movie is driven over the edge by the public rudeness of people. Public rudeness is the only imaginable sin for modern scum who have no understanding of their own faults (fakeness, stupidity, intolerance, bad taste, dishonesty, etc.). In fact public rudeness is the only evil thing that modern scum are not guilty of, so naturally this is the sin that the movie focuses on. Modern scum assume that everyone wants to fit into their depraved culture, and that anyone who doesn't must be insane. So naturally the main character desperately wants to fit into mainstream culture and can't because he is insane. And even when he goes over the edge, he doesn't hate mainstream culture generally but rather only hates particularly rude individuals. This allows the modern scum watching this movie to sympathize with this character. Of course the truth is the opposite, that when people are driven over the edge, they recognize that modern culture is generally evil and then they just kill modern scum indiscriminately. But a successful movie can never allow truth to interfere with the delusions of modern scum. It is worth contrasting Joker with Falling Down, a far better movie made in 1993 before western culture went insane. Falling Down did honestly portray the faults of society and the main character wasn't portrayed as a total lunatic. The difference between these movies reflects that change in western culture. Modern culture can no longer tolerate criticism, depth, or any kind of honesty. Modern scum are just evil morons deserving death, and Joker was produced to appeal to them.

A better series is the Skywalker Saga. The last 3 movies were amazing and I believe by forcing people to watch it it healed their bodies.

I actually never watched it. The trailer was too depressing and I was like nopers. I don't like movies that are sad. :(

my last favorite joker is at least pretty much heath ledger...that's the last joker which i feel should've been continued. and i like all the other jokers that came before. i cannot believe heath ledger's joker was ended...i would've wondered who would be heath ledger's running mate as harlequin.
