The Scam:
Grand-daughter donates her ovaries for 'in-vitro fertilization'. She gets paid a small bundle of cash. Grandma is 'dying of cancer' and needs 'stem-cell treatment'. Most of grand-daughter's donations are not required so aborted fetus' are 'organ donors' for stem-cell 'research'. Then they are sold back to grandma for a massive big bundle of cash.
Firstly, its cannibalism. Secondly its total pseudo-science anyways. Thirdly its doubtful if any of the ovaries are even used for the expressed purpose. All donations are anonymous. Fourthly, the world is over-populated and there are plenty of unwanted people so there was never a need. Fifthly, such fertilization processes are likely based on racial preferences anyway.
Could it get any more evil?

I'm not sure I understand -- is this a concrete story? Sounds bad for sure, but I'm just unsure if it's just an example
