Mountains hold the answer... Life on Earth is amazingly diverse, and exhibits striking geographical global patterns in biodiversity. A pair of companion papers reveal that mountain regions -- especially those in the tropics -- are hotspots of extraordinary and baffling richness. Although mountain regions cover only 25 percent of Earth's land area, they are home to more than 85 percent of the world's species of amphibians, birds, and mammals, and many of these are found only in mountains. What determines global patterns of biodiversity has been a puzzle for scientists since the days of von Humboldt, Darwin, and Wallace. Yet, despite two centuries of research, this question remains unanswered. The global pattern of mountain biodiversity, and the extraordinarily high richness in tropical mountains in particular, is documented in two companion Science review papers this week. The papers focus on the fact that the high level of biodiversity found on mountains is far beyond what would be expected from prevailing hypotheses. Mountains never get wacked by tsunamis and rising ocean levels. Militarily its always easiest to defend yourself in the mountains too.

Because the creator likes diversity and He's not dull or boring to create the same thing to be 100% the same each time

Because the creator likes diversity and He's not dull or boring to create the same thing to be 100% the same each time That's what YOU like, and, quite spontaneously, you attribute your way of thinking to the creator. You are a good example of what prophets do. So, everyone should take Sacred Scriptures (which express what some "prophets" had been revealing) with a grain of salt. [To non-Christians: At baptism, babies are given a grain of salt to symbolize wisdom....]

Two points:
1) There is no another way for nature to be so.
2) Thank God that Earth is so biologically diverse!

What do you mean? It's not my opinion. It's fact. God made all humans, all animals, plants, etc. Not one single human is 100% the same as another, not one single animal is 100% the same as another, not one single plant is 100% same as another, etc. You can just look at see this visually or read it yourself that He made everything. All planets and stars are different too. And all this everything is unique.

Hey, do you believe there is a omnipotent consciousness that by personal desire created all beings as diverse as they are? If i'am to accept that thought as my own, i jump to the conclusion that i have been created in exactly this particular way, which gives me the confidence that i am what i need to be, i'm agnostic though. But have you ever wondered on how this exact moment comes to be? as i said i don't believe in anything in particular but this moment with it's diversity included comes to be every time i look into it, what meaning would you give to this fact under your own belief system?

Yes. God is an omnipotent being that created all things. Meaning genetically He decided it all. We cannot change that we are humans and stuff like that. We are what we are born. But we can still make choices on how we live after we're born though. He provided laws for people who wish to follow Him and be blessed for it. The others can choose another fate. And this exact moment was came to be because it was something God wanted in our life. There even none religious people who believe in Karma. This means that they believe something or someone will repay for things done. So this means this someone or something will cause things to happen someone's life by changing their life situation. And maybe some have deja vu. And this feeling is that this moment was either familiar already, or that it happened before, or that something else about it was very odd. That what just occured was as if it meant to happen and they're left in amazement. All this gotta mean something....

Ok, now think about this, you describe god as a being, which is conscious and a omnipotent one, meaning everything has it's explanation based on him. The thing that bothers me about believing this is that it provide closure to the mysteries of reality, which could actually be part of a design of an omnipotent being, but at the same time could be something far beyond any explanation we humans could provide.
For me at least if i had to define god, i would say i can't, because if there is one and there is most likely to be, it would be something outside the realm we can comprehend, have you ever thought about a concept that cannot be described? That is at least what i can say about it, but i guess i'm going too far away from the Opening Post theme.
