I find that it doesn’t really effect me much, I feel like tea helps me relax therefore helps me sleep. Something with higher caffeine amounts like an energy drink yes.

Hah?.. Never expected something like that... I've been always thinking it does cause some problems.
a. Actually, I noticed not a once that it made an effect: when I needed to finish my degree work I was writing texts all night. For it - to make me less sleepy - I used to drink much coffee.
b. But before bed usually I try to go for a walk. Coffee didn't make me sleepy.
c. I think the question is in the type of coffee. Almost everything depends on it.

I think it could also depend on your genes. There are people who can drink milk and ones who can't because it'll be a bad outcome for them. Maybe it's the same with coffee. It's not supposed to affect you but it can with some people.

Genes have an influence on my behaviour, but coffee makes a chemical reaction inside me. I would compare coffee to a catalyst substance. It might increase or decrease some reactions and some organism processes (metabolism, for example).
