I say yes and no. If we speak biblically God created one woman for each man and He wanted them to marry and multiply. But, if you keep reading the Bible it says that if you wish not to marry then to stay single and not be sexually immortal. So, that's my perspective by religion

No. While all cultures have a concept that could vaguely be labeled as "marriage," the necessity of such which varies from culture to culture. The Mosuo people of China, for example, have only what is called "walking marriage," which literally involves a woman walking into a man's house to choose him as a mate. There is no official institution of marriage, and such relationships could last from a day, to a lifetime, with no formal ritual or expectations. Marriage seems to be simply the particular way a given culture has decided to regulate breeding, and differentiate themselves from other societies. Biologically, marriage is neither necessary, nor in some cases, even desirable. Personally, while I'm quite monogamous, and would prefer to spend the rest of my days together with my partner, I have little interest in formal marriage, and would only do so for legal reasons, if circumstances such as children, illness, etc. necessitated it.

Yes. Yes because God instituted marriage during creation therefore it is expected of all human. But the problem is that we don't make right choices because we love a guy or lady due some part of his or her parts and when it fades a way den we regret marrying.

People can marry who they want, doesn't matter of race, sub-race, sex, age, disablity, mental issue, etc, I don't care as long as it makes a person happy that's what matters.
