What in peoples view is the difference between nudes in Art and Pornography if any? Is it how graphic the subject matter is? Is it whether it was produce to titillate? Or is it how it is seen by the viewer?

Why decides? Each person has his own approach to different things!

No censorship at all? really? What about if there was a film showing actual rape...allowed? Snuff movies allowed? Cruelty to children, allowed? And anyone one no matter their age?

Guys seriously put that in a spoiler if you must post that. Staff might ban for that since that is more extreme! Just saying..

Is this art or pornography? You can not see anything yet they are naked.
It's closer to pornography. The main difference from art would be show of act itself. In art you observe the beauty of being as it is, in pornography the act what matters most. So the lesser of act is shown the closer it is to art.

Whether or not something qualifies as pornography is 100% subjective. If person "a" calls object "x" pornographic, it's a statement about the feelings of person "a" and not a statement about the "essence" of object "x". Nothing is objectively pornographic or objectively artistic, but rather individuals label things as pornographic, if they perceive them as being sexually arousing (whether or not they're personally aroused), or artistic, if they perceive them as being aesthetically interesting (whether or not the aesthetic matches their personal taste). Depending on the person, something can be labeled "pornographic," "artistic," "neither," or "both," but again, this is a statement about the observer and not about what is observed. So, don't ask whether something "is" "artistic" or "pornographic," but rather ask yourself why YOU perceive something as being "pornographic" or artistic".

1. Nudity in art
You see nude characters, just standing nude. You don't see them in any particular pattern.
2. Nudity in pornography
You see nude characters in a activity, either with a partner(s) or alone, which goal is to wake up your libido.
The difference between art and pornography is easy to notice and understand. But in my post I'm not saying whether any is good or bad, I'm just pointing out the difference.
PS. There is also third category in between art and pornography, it's called erotic.

I think the difference is the context and the intention.
Pornography is something that is made with the intention to make the people who see it get horny. But if the nudity is just an element but the main objective isn't make people get horny, so it isn't pornography.

It depends on whether you've been banned or not.
What's the difference between pornography and kamasutra? So, it's just cultural, historical affairs. There's no pornography, no art. Art is agreed too.
