Even if you believe they exist this is just a thread on reasons against them. You can make a thread on reasons for their existence too if you wish. But what are some reasons that they might not exist?

Earth is huge that's why we can't feel the spin but spaceship isn't too huge so we'd be able too feel the spin there Well, not necessarily. Suppose you sit in a resting box somewhere in isolated part of space where no other massive object exist. Because there would be no gravity you would float in that box. Now imagine box can accelerate up to very large speed. You would touch with your feet the floor of the box. From your standpoint the whole universe moves moves while you are still. You claim you are attached to ground because of gravity. Now imagine box rotates with similarly small angular speed and it would look like eveything else moves and rotates around your box. Box here is just a replacement for the system you're part of. But if you're in a plane and it spins you'll feel it and most likely crash and die. So I'm just thinking since spacecraft would be like our planes or even jets then those things are small enough to cause us damage. Earth moves slowly too and it's big so that can't be felt. But when smaller things are moved then you can feel them especially if you're inside them as I see it. For some reason this reminded me of that rollercoaster in a box thing I did once when you said box. You just sit in a box and it moves you from side to side but you're not in a real roller coaster but it gives you a screen to watch inside the box so it feels a lot like you're on a real roller coaster despite being in a box

It would probably be an enormous sphere inside another enormous (but somewhat smaller) sphere for you to feel the radial gravity like on Earth. If the spacecraft is smaller than the chances are the average height of the makers is smaller if they have similar sensory system to the humans. Also the rotation and translation speed of this craft would need to be uniform or else you would feel some sort of gravity fluctuations. PS. I'm not completely sure but if the design was elipsoid it would also makes sense if it travels at near the speed of light because spacetime deviation would change the shape of space which the traveller would see from inside of the spacecraft.

A long looong time ago. There was a meteor that hit the planet and removed all the aliens. They went poof. Shrug
