What do you think which one is the most easiest language to learn in this world? I think it's English but what is your thoughts about it?

It all depends on where your starting point is.
Languages aren't all monoliths, where you can just take a random word, and replace it with an exact equivalent. As English Speakers(Presumably, at least), we're going to have an easier time learning Germanic Languages(Scandinavian Languages, Dutch, German, etc.). We also generally have a leg up in Romance Languages, due to the amount of imported vocabulary through French (Thank the Normans for that) and through Latin (The Enlightenment brought in most of our Latin Vocab). Theoretically, any Synthetic language will also generally come easier to us than any Agglutinative Languages or Isolating Languages.
Compare this to someone who speaks Thai, for example. Other Isolating Languages, like Chinese or Vietnamese are going to come easier. Additionally, the languages of the Indian Subcontinent will likely be easier for them to learn, in contrast to English, due to the amount of imported Vocabulary.
For English Speakers, the easiest languages to learn are likely going to be the languages of Scandinavia, excluding Finnish. However, if you already have a starting point, some languages might also be easier for you. Have you done Aikido for 10 years? Then it might be easier to study Japanese, be it due to Vocabulary Exposure beforehand, or just the motivation provided to you by doing an Adjacent activity. Did you grow up with a Cajun Family, who throws French Loan words into their speech as they wish? You're obviously going to have an easier time learning French, in that case.

Do you by any chance have a degree in linguistics?

For grammar and common communication English speakers would find that the the easiest languages are going to be West Germanic ones, Afrikaans, Dutch, German. Norse languages would also not be as difficult as some languages. I would say Romance languages are also a bit easier than others for English speakers as a lot of the technical and more advanced vocabulary will be similar.
If you are a speaker of a Slavic language obviously other Slavic languages will be easier to learn than other languages, this is primarily do to Slavic languages developing fairly late in the first millennia and was a unified language up until they split into the different branches of the Slavic language family.
The Western Romance languages have it easier than any other language group for Mutual intelligibility, for example most Portuguese speakers can understand Spanish fairly well without learning the language so learning Spanish is easy for them. Due to the similarities between the Romance languages they are extremely related and most Speakers of Romance languages know up to 2 to 3 different Romance languages and some are even able to speak to people in Romance languages they have not studied due to their knowledge of knowing the other Romance languages.

Wouldn't Frisian be the easiest language to learn for English speakers because its the closest to English? Technically it would be Frisian but practically there just is not enough resources out there to make learning it practical for most people.

I never heard of it hmm Frisians are the people that live in the far north of the Netherlands. After the fall of Rome they were one of the tribes that moved into England along with the Anglo Saxons and the language of the people living there today is closest to English.

From the languages I know, I agree about English being the easiest to learn. I haven't discovered any other like it yet.

As an English speaker it seems to me that Spanish would be the most easy to learn in my case, mainly due to the vowels being extremely easy to pronounce and is very straight forward etc. Very beautiful Latin/Romance language too IMHO. Almost orgasmic and very romantic to listen to .
