If you're interested in animals with "unnatural" powers like this, you should look into mantis shrimps or pistol shrimps, they don't morph, but have some other pretty cool powers. There are more extraordinary animals, but these two are by far my favorites

Seen the video a long time ago, then I saw it again in Dory, Finding Nemo series. That octopus was cool.
