We should all keep fit,and stay in shape to see the maximum length of our lifespan,..watching what we eat..and do regular outdoor activities,.. Did Adam and Eve eat potato chips and watch TV the whole day?..no they were care takers of the garden, let's make activities and time for exercise,a simple walk up and down a flight of stairs burns a lot of calories.. Exercise is also good for a healthy positive mind..it relieves stress.. Try it and find out.if it worked for me,then I'm pretty sure it will for you:)..exercise+healthy food+adequate sleep= healthy mind and body;)
