I heard something that when the baby boomers retire or die the social security will experience a big change and that it'll be worse for younger generations. What do you know about this?

I heard something that when the baby boomers retire or die the social security will experience a big change and that it'll be worse for younger generations. What do you know about this? In previous generations society culled itself with epic wars. So, yeah, the baby-boomers have inflated an economic bubble that just seems to get bigger and bigger. Most big money schemes like insurance will collapse unless society can find a way to get real without calamity. Communism may even work in nations with static population-growth, but those that think increasing the birth-rate will keep the currencies growing in proportion, have completely ignored that physical limits that the physical world must have on any economic model. The most realistic end-game is to actually colonize other worlds to keep the expansion open-ended. But so long as NASA refuses to admit it faked the lunar landings, real space-travel will only occur on TV.
