Well, what I wanted to give you by this example? I wanted to say that you never sure about the instructions if the ones are just an inspirations of God. If 2 Timothy 3:16 is true, than Joseph Smith, 麻原 彰晃, Sun Myung Moon, Venyamin Yankelman and the interpretations of the others are truth too. So, interpretations of extremists and dangerous men would be right to scriptures. They would take this verse as a hymn, and would go to kill people. Well, Jesus' institutions are only in the bible. And Jesus is said to be God in the bible. Sure, if people don't want to accept that then it's all good. We all have free will And Joseph Smith and Sun Myung Moon and whoever didn't say they were God and said their own thing but if people wish to say they are and spread their word then so be it. We have the free will to listen or not. He approved correcting. Jesus had constant debates with the Pharisees and they lost each time and wouldn't repent. Oh, Elizabeth, I think you're too kind. Have a look, if we all have free will, then Richard Breivik, Charles Manson, Lee Harvey Oswald, the Zodiac and the others are not bad people? Maybe, we can't object their actions because of this?

Elizabeth DKTrav88 For those people who say that they are observing the Bible, and the Orthodox Church is not: Sola Scriptura The grass withers, the color fades, but the word of our God will endure forever "(Isaiah 40: 6,. God is revealed to us as He who is "yesterday, today, and forever" (Hebrews 13: 8). In another text it is said that God has "no change, and no shadow of change" (James 1:17. 1: 2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; - (Titus 1: 2) Does your church use incense? Scripture - Let my prayer go, like incense before your face, the raising up of my hands as an evening sacrifice "(Psalm 140: 2). In the Jerusalem temple incense was burned on a special altar as a sacrifice to God (Exodus 30: 1-10, Mal 1:11;) Will you say this is the Old Testament? But then SHOW me please a place from the Scripture where incense is canceled in the New . There is no such place in the New Testament, and it means it must and continues to be used further (read the text above, God did not change in his Word) My Church uses frankincense because that's what God said in Scripture. Claims that we have something that is not in the Bible is a lie and an example of incense is one of these .. but this is a long story .. I explain to you simple things/In the Gospel, incense is mentioned as one of the gifts brought by the magi to Jesus Christ, along with gold and myrrh (Matthew 2:11). -One time, when he served in the order of his time before God, 9 by lot, as was usually the case with the priests, he got to enter the temple of the Lord for incense- (Luke 1: 8-9) And at last - 1:11 For from the east of the sun to the west my name will be great among the nations, and in every place they will bring incense to my name, a pure sacrifice; Great is my name among the Gentiles, says the LORD of hosts. Malachi 1:11 So God says one thing, but Protestants do not see it ... only the words from them that they use only the Bible. Empty demagoguery from the Protestants. Where is place Scripture, which forbids the use of incense in prayer and in the temple?

Where is place Scripture, which forbids the use of incense in prayer and in the temple? The word like is used as a simile. This means that you don't do physical use of incense when you pray for the prayer that God accepted doesn't require insense but honest and real prayer. Tax collector came to the temple and just used his hands to beat his chest as he prayed. When he was beating his chest he didn't light any stupid incense. And God only accepted his prayer and was justified. Luke 18:10-14 10 “Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. 11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, ‘God, I thank You that I am not like other men—extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this tax collector. 12 I fast twice a week; I give tithes of all that I possess.’ 13 And the tax collector, standing afar off, would not so much as raise his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, ‘God, be merciful to me a sinner!’ 14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other; for everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.”

Elizabeth Point out where place the 'stupid' incense is CANCELED by Jesus and the apostles .. The Pharisee was greatly sinful ... + parables are simply an allegory but not a dogma ... the dogma of Scripture is described above. When I'm talking about dogma, it's about the dogma of worshiping God. Where is forbidden incense?

And no where in NT did Jesus use insence and neither did the disciples. And before Jesus was crucified He prayed when disciples slept. He didn't use stupid incense to pray. And the tax collector didn't use stupid incense and God said his prayer was justified. Stop using old covenant or show me where Jesus prayed with incense or where anyone prayed with incense in the NT. No one did. Not when Jesus prayed to bless the food when feeding 4000, not when He did it when He fed 5000, and never at all. Daniel when he prayed just opened his window and got on his knees and prayed. He didn't use stupid incense.

And another angel came, and stood before the altar, holding a golden censer; and he was given many incense, that he, with the prayers of all the saints, would put it on the golden altar that is before the throne (the book of Revelation) The incense is used in the Heavenly Church - it symbolizes the prayers of all saints (Christian people)

Why are you arguing? I'm sure that none of these discussion aren't pleasure to the Lord. I think that the most important to any Christian is to do something good, not to sew any nets. Love each other, my children! Ephesians 4:11-15 KJV [11] And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; [12] For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: [13] Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: [14] That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; [15] But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: Protestantism borrowed the words "presbyter" and "bishop" from the Bible, and the word "pastor" is used as a synonym for these terms. The German congregation uses the phrase nem. Herr Pastor (Mr. Pastor) You asked me where the Bible says about the apostolic line and about the Church Fathers? You yourself cited this place .
