How many Messiah prophesies/qualifications can you list? He has to be of the lineage of David. He has to be of the tribe of Judah. He had to be born in Bethlehem. He had to be born of a virgin. He had to ride on the back of a donkey. These are what I can think of at the moment. More may come later.

To expand a little on what you've already listed, He had to be a King(Matthew 2:1–2) He had to be like Moses(Deuteronomy 18:18) He had to be a high priest of the order of Melchizedek(Psalm 110, Hebrews 6:20)

The most correct questions sound like this: -Who is the Messiah, why is he needed? What are his functions?-

Here's one that was told to Isaiah. Isaiah 7:14 14 Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel. Which was fulfilled here as is stated in Matthew. Immanuel is another name for Jesus. Matthew 1:20-23 20 But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. 21 And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.” 22 So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying: 23 “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.” So the virgin birth and name was fulfilled
