I know English, Ukrainian, and Russian enough to read them, speak them, and write in them. I learned it from living in two countries and going to a church that does services in multiple languages.
So what languages do you know? How did you learn them?

My native is Georgian = ქართული, a quasi-isolated language with its own script. At various times I learned Russian, French, English and now I am learning Spanish because I am going to travel to Spain.

I only *really* speak English, but I've been trying to learn Dutch and German over the past few years, and I've just started trying to learn Japanese as well! I can *sort of* speak Dutch and German at this point but not necessarily very well. xP

But I'm only listing ones I can speak, read, and write in. So I can't include any other slavic languages even if I can understand a little or read a little of them.
