What are some false doctrines that are popular among Christians today?
Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
I think the good marriages seem to be like that just because we're looking on it from outside. The good marriages ...It reminded me Mr&Mrs. Smith Have you seen it?
Yup . I thought it was a pretty well made movie!
So, what do you think, who has had to win, Mrs, or Mr. Smith?
As for me, this movie would be much better if Mr.&Mrs. Smith would kill each other, or, at least, one of them would win.

Funny doctrines of virgin birth, of Eucharist or transubstantiation - a loaf of bread and a cup of wine symbolize or transform into flesh&bones of the man. Also we can find many nonsense rituals like get together&pray. The main absurd thing that shared widely among different Khristians is the prayer. Many times the experiments were made and smart people understood useless of it, but many followers still minded about it.
Any doctrines seem funny and naive. There are plenty physics basic laws, mathematician great potential; we all can see how powerful science is, and how far it's come, nevertheless people still continue to struggle for religion. Why?
Are they funny or false?

One major false doctrine within Christianity is the denial of the Trinity, or Nontrinitarianism. Mormons and JW’s are Nontrinitarians, and being so I would not consider them Christian.

I've have been listening to the lecture of Ph.D. David Bradshaw, who has told about 'the free will problem' in Orthodoxy, but I think it's interesting for other denominations, because the problem concerns to Luther's decision about it and Calvin's one.
p.s. I also readd the link below, because I doubt that could be working.
To me the most funny situation is when the Christians decide who is right and who is wrong, bashing everybody around, because they possesed the truth that nobody knows. Oh dear... It's really funny to see that modern Sanhedrin wears the crosses on the chest.

I’ve noticed this as well from some Christians.

I don’t go to men for answers on these kind of subjects. The Bible is pretty clear about free will in that we do all have it and we are not predestined to heaven or hell. Predestination only goes as far as God knowing who will and will not be saved. He gave us all free will, from Adam and Eve to the angels. We choose to believe what we want to believe. That way of thinking fits perfectly with God’s word.
You might say I lean more toward Calvin on this matter, which is fair to say if I’m not mistaken about what he believed, but before you mentioned “the free will problem” I had never heard of it. Moreover, Luther was right about many things like the Jews and the Catholic Church, but wrong on so many others. Calvin, in my opinion, didn’t have all the right answers either. These are men we are talking about here, remember that. They have no real authority. God is the only real authority.

This video completely condemns the whole heresy of what Calvin wrote about in his writings that God ordained the saved! Why? Because God is love and he gives an opportunity to save anyone and he did not create people for hell!

He doesn't know Russian to understand the video :/
The video in two translations. You can listen to it to, Bradshaw is almost the one of the modern analytic philosophers of religion which claiming the more neutral/accurate position. The video maybe is not short, but it's worth to watch/listen to.

Excuse me, but who has taught you your language? The Bible is for itself just from itself (aka 'sola fide' of Luter) is unappropriate even for Protestants, because it's obvious that the Bible has been written in Aramean, not in English. So, counting on your own in this case seems to be nothing but strange. I'd say that there's a dangerous hiding in someone's interpretation, but everyone the same here, anyone can be without mistakes.
The Bible is pretty clear about free will in that we do all have it and we are not predestined to heaven or hell.
- Bradshaw is interpreting it within the Bible. I don't understand that escaping of Protestant form teaching of Fathers. Even understanding more progressive and rational role of Protestantism this case still seems to me just something absolutely nonsense. There is not any reason to struggle from them. Almost every philosophers today would say that our consciousness is based intersubjectively, that means that even being alone, just with yourself, you are still surrounded by imagine persons. We cannot avoid being with other 'persons' in our mind. It can be explained just because of the nature of consciousness that tied up with language which, in turn, is divided in three parts: name (or symbol), meaning and sense. All these three parts are necessary for everyone who sane, and even for insane; i.e. for all human is necessary to have consciousness that in turn has these three parts, that in turn means that we're 'not alone'. Therefore, it has no reason to struggle from interpretation of Fathers, or someone else. I'd say that 'to listen to' doesn't imply 'to accept it'. So, I thought it wouldn't be useless to watch the video.

- You're absolutely right. None tries to carry out another Church member into another, it's just a conversation, pretty reasoning about that. The main topics about 'why Fathers saw no problem in "the problem of free will"'? And Bradshaw says us that Fathers... (I have left some gaps here, because I'm non going to retell it now) says that God doing in accordance with the good will of any human. That's why we can't say that God has concern to bad things doing of men.
