so i was comparing the basic characteristics of god and life and here they are
1- life posses the capacity to know and understand its how it evolves and mutates 2- life tries its damned best to go against entropy and tries to gather more energy than the amount being diffused (we eat and get fat)
3 through gathering more energy it replicates and spreads
seems to me that that life shows the characteristics that god would posses, but it still is in its infancy , the characteristics of god being
1 omniscience - knowing and understanding of everything there is to know and understand
2.omnipotence - all powerful and power is fundamentally energy
3.omnipresence- being everywhere at the same time, i mean life is pretty much omni present on this planet and a subset of life that is humans are looking at mars and other planets.
_
and is the idea of god created and the scientific method of observation and logic conceptualized through our own volition or is it something deeper ?
like say life decided to develop grief in animals because complex social structures, [emotion to kick start instinct?]
similarly life planting an idea rather than an emotion due to a stronger injection of consciousness? [an idea to kick start further awareness?] the ideas being those of god and science the two cornerstones of humanity
and are our ideas our own? or, are "our" ideas and and "our" thoughts and consciousness itself just an experience or observation of life's tools or its nature at work in real time?, and by inference where do we draw the line between natural forces at work and "us"?
just tripping what do you guys think?

What religion do you hold? I don't think I've yet heard of a religion with a god that
>through gathering more energy it replicates and spreads
does this.
I'm not sure what you were going for with the later stuff, but there's definitely a pattern of similarities between various human dieties and humans.

So, I understand what you mean here can you drop a link or a refrence so i can read into it? idont know which part of the bible xD 1 Timothy 6:13 I charge you in the presence of God, who gives life to all things, and of Christ Jesus, who testified the good confession before Pontius Pilate. Psalm 36:9 For with You is the fountain of life; In Your light we see light. John 1:1-4 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. {2} He was in the beginning with God. {3} All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. {4} In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. There's more but just these are coming to mind.

i always feel like the ancients were trying to articulate ideas which were beyond words and technology in the time, what i said seems to be the deconstruction of whats in the bible through inference and i am speaking form the perspective of phenomenology, so the bible is basically trying to articulate ideas in the realm of phenomology without ever knowing/discovering the scientific method of observation which gave rise to all these fields.
time to google more verses and cross check in this context xD

Of God? Of what God?
Besides, the method of such comparing is too sleazy, don't you agree with me?
