Hmmm. Maybe a little bit. This topic would almost totally be based on the abstract, but it is an interesting topic nonetheless.

yes, it surely does. it goes without saying that a person is drawn to those who share things with him/her and among these things is the name. This love for another person sharing the same could be overgeneralized to include loving everything about him/her to the extend he/she becomes a role model and an example to follow in every aspect of life, especially the celebrities. Another possible way of the influence of names, which i believe is equally important, is that a beautiful name could be a good omen, giving the person a sense of positive value and cause him/her to think and act positively in life.

I think it may influence some and not others. Like, for example, my real name is a flower so I act as feminine as I can and try to show beauty and care in my life and in those around me. But of course it is a person's choice to let their name influence them and sometimes names are given for a reason based on what is expected of someone whether or not they choose to live up to their name.

I watched an interesting freakonomics video on this comparing traditional white vs black names. (https://vimeo.com/21839331)
It basically says that if you have a weird non traditional name and turned out unsuccessful, it's probably because you were in the situation where your parent would name you something like that.
Say if you had a traditional asian name like Lee or Song and get good math marks in school. You probably don't have the good math marks because just because you have an asian name, but it's probably because you live in an environment that puts more emphasis on marks and education, but more more importantly, an environment where you would receive an asian name in the first place.
tl;dr correlation != causation
Although, there's definitely some merit to people identifying with different things because of their name, which can in turn affect their personality.

No really but having a good name and last name can make you feel better.

Sorry, I didn't remember the author of the book where I've read 'bout the phenomena of naming a person twice. What do I mean by that?
Long times ago, people thought that name had a meaning; they tried to hide the real name of the person and share the false name to the others, who could spoil the one by doing some witchcraft things, sending spell, etc.
Today we see something alike that. Such things appear in 'branding'. Personal name also has such abilities as 'brand' name, 'cause of neoliberal capitalism influence. Every person is the businessman who's selling his names to public.
So, my answer is - yes, it has well influence.
