They couldn't mean just a laughter induced by no real feeling like one suddenly explodes in hahahahahahahahahahahaha. There should be something funny you respond to, and that is what eases the tension or whatever.

I prefer smiles and positive face expressions. I had a laughter classmate in high school and there was nothing interesting about his 24/7 open mouth and visible ugly teeth. Actually he really annoyed us and many teachers by that face and his behavior.
I think having a positive personality is the best thing that could help yourself and other people. It will give you good feelings and affect other people.

I think it’s helps, I find when I am feeling lousy if I watch pranks on YouTube or stand up comedy I will feel better temporarily.
