I am half Italian (Sicilian) my family comes from Palermo,Sicily. I was raised around a lot of that Italian-American culture. Eating Italian food, Going to Italian family gatherings, Italian funerals, some Italian being spoken especially slang words, taking about Italian and Italian-American history. That’s my favorite culture because that what I grew up around and that’s what I am. Other cultures I like are Spanish, Mexican, Greek, French, German, English, Welsh, and Scottish. I also find Scandinavian Viking culture very interesting, as well as Native American. I don’t like Eastern European cultures, Middle Eastern cultures, African cultures (especially SSA cultures), Indian cultures, Pakistani cultures, Polynesian cultures, or Australian Aboriginal cultures. Anything left I have a neutral opinion on.

I would take this answer as impressionistic. to me it is unlikely that you have been exposed fully neither to all the cultures that you count in the like list, nor in the dislike list, leave alone the rest of world cultures that you claim you are neutral about.

It is a combination of how much I like or dislike their art, music, architecture, history, environment, social structures, and so on.

Well, I just like aristocratic and elitism. And especially, based on the ancestry.
And I have a STRONG DISLIKE FOR PLEBIAN CULTURE. They are ONLY SUPPOSED TO DO LABOUR on the farms.

I have a STRONG DISLIKE FOR PLEBIAN CULTURE. They are ONLY SUPPOSED TO DO LABOUR on the farms. You'd think after the struggle of orders the Plebians would learn never to mess with the Patricians. First the senate, now I have to pay extra denarii on my grain! Truly despicable, we should feed them to the Carthagenians. At least Scipio has taught them their place!

I'm as myself have Eastern European (East Slavic), Hebrew and slight German blood in my veins. I'm from Siberia and i like Nomadic cultures (combination of strenght and wild cunning); Eastern European and Russian culture (it is martyrdome culture, with fierce and sad history), Far East (i adore China and Japan, Vietnam and Phillipines); i like Hebrew / Arabian and North African culture (even if they have bad image right now) and my own Siberia ethnic culture. I also like Canada and Australia, also like South and Western part of USA. I dislike Western and Central Europe, North East part USA; i also don't like Italy and Spain - i have little in commom with them, and they seem to have Elitist image.

There is no need for him to like those cultures which he dislikes, because he is completely aware about his ancestry, the customs and behavior. Like him, we too are deshastha brahmins, a separate homogeneous breeds. Even today, we don't marry outside of our class, and we also know how our people look. In fact, we don't consider the caste brahmins as original aristocrats also, because we have a specific phenotype, our rituals are vastly different, and we can recognize race mixed people amongst us. Also, there is a strong dislike in us also for not allowing any of the indian breeds. Back then, it was even considered a grave crime to even see their face, forget talking to them. We just used to collect taxes, and that too, they have too come to our doors, and stand outside, and give the shares to our servants. Our class is the only class which did not join marxism, and even today don't accept indian constitution laws, as we consider india a country ruled by MONGRELS.

Well, if eating food of another race would disconnect me from my ancestry, then I better don't even take it. Ancestry and race is more important than culture.
