strana.ua/news/116954-hrivna-ustanovila-novyj-istoricheskij-antirekord-k-evro.html Hryvnia set a historical anti-record against the Euro and Ruble!
The hryvnia rate in Ukraine today broke the anti-record. The Ukrainian currency in relation to the euro fell below the historical minimum. Over the course of a day, the euro exchange rate increased by just 21 kopecks, surpassing the psychological mark of 34 UAH and set a new historic record of 34.18 UAH. The previous record of the euro was 34.04 UAH and was fixed at the end of February 2015. In addition, the hryvnia in a step from the psychological course "1 to 2" in relation to the ruble. Now for 10 Russian rubles are already 4.99 UAH. Note that in 1998, after the denomination of the ruble, the rate was approximately 3 rubles per hryvnia. In the early 2000s, the hryvnia in relation to the ruble cost 5 to 1 (sometimes reaching 6 to 1). After the 1998 crisis, the ruble began to strengthen and was worth 4 per hryvnia. After the collapse of the hryvnia in 2014, the rate dropped to 3 to 1. At the beginning of 2015, it was already close to 2 to 1. But then it fluctuated within 2.1-3. And now one hryvnia almost fell to the mark of 2 rubles. Also to the anti-record marks the exchange rate of the hryvnia to the dollar is approaching. Now 1 US dollar is worth 28.44 UAH. Historical anti-record of its high cost was established in February 2015 - 30.01 UAH.
Recall that bankers no longer believe in a pullback and say in chorus about the further rise in price of the dollar in Ukraine.
