In many cultures the image of 'Satan', which means 'an evil leader or an incarnation of evil itself', are different. So, would you like to share of the image which presents in your region, culture etc?

In my region many still see satan associated with fire, evil, and damnation. Although as more people with different cultural backgrounds move in, the general depiction may be changing. In the picture above and below which many associate with Satan, Lucifer, or even a fallen Archangel we see the dragon or bat like wings that imparts something of a more sinister nature. Knowing more about the essence and mythological background behind Lucifer in which the deity is actually most often referred to as the light bearer brings forth a different and even positive insight toward who the deity actually is. I most recently read a very interesting article in which the Knights Templar when traveling east during the time of the crusades spent time with and were immersed in different cultures where the serpent depicted in the garden of eden was considered to be the good guy for bringing Eve the knowledge that had been withheld from humanity, which only makes sense as we all know knowledge is obviously very important and critical. This depiction of Satan/Serpent was brought back with them to the West and was held in secrecy hence anyone with a different viewpoint of that time would be ridiculed and held accountable with dire consequences. As you may already know both ancient and modern cultures who hold shamanistic practices in high esteem view the serpent to be of utmost importance and consider it to be the proponent of good as opposed to being the adversary as well.
