China is harvesting thousands of human organs from its Uighur Muslim minority, UN human-rights body hears China was accused on Tuesday of harvesting human organs from persecuted groups in the country. The China Tribunal, a group that's investigating the organ harvesting, said at a tense meeting of the United Nations Human Rights Council that the Chinese government was taking hearts, kidneys, lungs, and skin from groups including Uighur Muslims and members of the Falun Gong religious group. The China Tribunal describes itself as an "independent, international people's tribunal, and was backed by the International Coalition to End Transplant Abuse in China, an Australian human rights charity made up of lawyers, academics, and medical professionals. China has denied carrying out mass harvesting of organs in any circumstance. Addressing UN representatives, a lawyer for the China Tribunal, Hamid Sabi, said the group had proof of the organ harvesting. Apparently they are replacing acupuncture needles with scalpels, and backed up qui energy with new organs. Wait "but this is modern an progressive!" I was looking at possibly donating part of my liver a few weeks back, but considering I will have noone to take care of me as well (post op) as well as increased hernia risk do to scar tissue (and still having noone to take care of me) I decided it was a no go. There is mostly likely a better medical method than organ transplants out there...it just doesn't make enough money. |

This is just sickening :( That is nowhere near the worst. In Wales you are automatically harvested without consent. You have to 'apply' to be not harvested, and given their precedent as having zero ethical foundation, how likely is it that they are going to follow an ethical process in that regard? Oh sorry, we did not have a copy of that form saying we cannot devour you! As for the value of abortions for 'stem-cell research': Well the foetus did not apply, so lets just promote abortion and increase our turnover. After all its a lucrative trade driven by 'market forces'. I think I'd rather be boiled in a cannibals pot!
