Suggest the neighbor to find out or even volunteer to help him? Maybe your aliens are coming from there too. Like a possession or demons taking those bodies.

I was confused at first sight reading a name of the head. I thought it was: A Greek farmer accidentally discovered a bomb.
No matter what, we're living over milliards of tombs. I think that during the history of mankind there should be not less than a milliard tombs laying in the ground (in water too).

"The Minoan civilization was a Bronze Age Aegean civilization on the island of Crete and other Aegean Islands, flourishing from c. 2700 to c. 1450 BC until a late period of decline, finally ending around 1100 BC." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minoan_civilization"The Prince of the Lilies, or the Lily prince, is a celebrated Minoan fresco on the Greek island of Crete; the fresco is dated to circa 1550 BC" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prince_of_the_LiliesBased on this picture, we can see that Minoa decayed because they became liberal degenerates, just like every other decaying civilization including ours.

I think that during the history of mankind there should be not less than a milliard tombs laying in the ground (in water too). Even more important than tombs: the remains of beautiful things humans created. E.g.: recently discovered Hellenic floor mosaics in Kaulon in Magna Graecia (southern Italy), colonized by the Greeks in the first millennium B.C. -- dragons, delphins, geometrical designs: www.italianways.com/kaulons-dragons/
