Wow that’s weird They say it’s caused by looking down all the time. So I guess if you don’t look down when looking at your phone then it won’t happen? Bad either way though, people as it is spend so much time on their phones. 20 years ago we didn’t have these minicomputers to stare at all the time, I miss those days.

Well, the phone screen gives off...oh I forgot what it was called. But I don't think the issue is with just looking down. Because you can look down at a book you're reading, at a research paper you're writing, etc. and be fine. The phone is the problem. I think it's what the phone gives off and people usually look down at it when using it. No one really carries it above there head or in front of there face but I think even those ways would be bad too if anyone does do that. You just must not keep the phone too close to yourself and not use it none stop.
