I wonder how many people know this... The names of the first 10 patriarchs in the Bible are Adam, Seth, Enos, Cainan, Mahalaleel, Jared, Enoch, Methuselah, Lamech, and Noah. Each of these names have a meaning, for example, Adam translates to âManâ, Seth means âappointedâ, Enos means âmortalâ, Cainan means âsorrowâ, Mahalalel means âthe God who is to be praisedâ, Jared means âhe shall come downâ, Enoch means âteacherâ, Methuselah means âHis death will bring it aboutâ, Lamech means âwearyâ, and Noah means âpeaceâ.
So these names translate to, âMan is appointed mortal sorrow, but the God who is to be praised shall come down teaching that His death shall bring the weary rest.â This is literally the message of the gospel of Christ.

"Weary rest and peace" works better since it includes Noah otherwise it's 9 of them there not 10.

"Weary rest and peace" works better since it includes Noah otherwise it's 9 of them there not 10. For some reason they translated peace to rest But I guess it kinda means the same thing
