WorshipIt is hard for men to worship the Father without making a request — True Worship. We worship God, first, because he “is”, then, because he is in us, and last, because we are in him. Think of worship as saying “Thank you” to the earth which bears you up and supplies all your needs as you carry out your daily activities — as the meditative practice of reflecting on the being who has gifted you with wisdom to help you make sense out of this world and has created an infinite number of angels to minister to you — and even as the acknowledgement of the mother who took care of you while you were a helpless babe. See worship as the technique by which man is made aware of his union with divinity, eliminating all doubts about his ability to become Godlike — as a means by which his mind is relaxed, renewed, and his soul emboldened giving him courage to face life’s challenges. Worship, makes one increasingly like the being who is worshiped. True worship asks nothing of God.
