I used this all programs accept Adobe Premiere Pro, and honestly I think that Filmora is almost as good as Sony Vegas

use hitfilm but the video quality during my editing is really bad. My clips have a resolution of 1080p but it's so pixelated.

I use Adobe premiere elements for advanced video editing. But movie maker can work fine for as long as compression rate and audio quality is set higher than standard.

Video editing software has become so advanced now, that Adobe premiere elements is good enough for me. However if you want your video editor to be as powerful as possible, and don't have a slow computer, go for Adobe premiere cc. I'm sure it will serve you well.
