Weed is for those who want to dispose of their brain. I'm against all drugs in general unless used for medical reasons.

It is especially more dangerous for young adults and teenagers as their brains are still developing, chronic use can disrupt this development and cause serious issue down the road. Even back when I was pro marijuana, I never wanted it to be legalized, I wanted it to stay medically legal only. And since then more studies have come out, it’s being shown that marijuana, specifically THC, does not have that many good medical benefits, if any at all. CDB, however, does have a ton of great medical benefits without the psychoactive effects of THC. I have a niece that has inflammation in her lower spine which prevents her from walking. Her mother gives her small doses of CBD oil everyday which lessens the inflammation in her spine and enables her to walk. Specific strains of marijuana have only CBD in them, like the strains Charlotte’s Web and Hemp. I believe hemp should be legalized only, as these plants not only can be used as medicine, but also fiber for rope, textiles, paper and construction materials. The oil extracted from its seed goes into cooking as well as making paint, varnish, ink, lubricants, cellophane and detergents. Its leaves are useful as manure and animal bedding. It can also replace cotton as far as clothing goes and lasts much longer, which is why hemp is used to make sails for sailboats and ships as opposed to cotton because cotton will soften and deteriorate over time with repeatedly getting wet.... there are many more benefits to hemp that I have posted here, I can only hope others will research it themselves.

The reason that I am anti marijuana can be summed up by a statement by Ann Coulter when she debated Ana Kasparian of the Young Turks. The moderator asked, "should marijuana be legalized?" Ann Coulter immediately responded, "No, because marijuana makes you retarded." This is true, marijuana does make you retarded. I've never met an intelligent pothead.

How is marijuana worse than alcohol?
Anything used excessively is harmful. Is there evidence that moderate marijuana use is harmful?
I support the legalization of all drugs. People should be free to decide for themselves what to do. If they choose to harm themselves, that is their own problem.
I tried a large variety of drugs to satisfy my curiosity. I see no harm in this. I also smoked marijuana regularly in my last year of university in order to lower my intelligence enough to get through that dreadful Ivy League university that I was stuck in. I stopped as soon as I finished university.

I wonder how many here read the talk by Alex Berenson? It was based on his new book, Tell Your Children, which I have not read - yet.
