Is it just me or McDonald's is the most popular fast food restaurant for shootings? Luckily, I don't eat at McDonalds. But I'm glad the kids are ok even though one of them was shot. I hope no one else was hurt and no other deaths occured. I'm not too happy the gunman was killed because rather have him stopped enough for him to get help. Dad probably had the intention of killing him out of anger since his kid was struck by him (motive) so that's premeditated murder to me by the dad. Unless he was killed by accident. I don't know Shrug Thoughts? www.cbsnews.com/news/birmingham-mcdonalds-shooting-father-shoots-and-kills-masked-gunman-who-opened-fire-at-alabama-restaurant/

Death is the price for murder. Sometimes when murderers don't die, they murder again. Price for a crime and crime prevention all in one. God's law regarding murder.
What is a neighbor?
What version of the bible have you read that says don't kill? That translation contradicts God because God multiple times in the LAW told you to kill people and especially if they prove to be evil doers.

This entire argument is being overthought. A guy killed a guy because he was threatening his, his family's and many innocents' lives. Whether God forgives/allows it or not, he saved many people that day. That is something that should be respected.
