Wow I like the article. However, I don't need proof personally to know that the people from scripture existed. Shrug

It doesn't. It proves that certain events took place, and that certain people existed. Which is something that people generally don't argue about.
Which human species were Adam and Eve? Try to answer this question and you'll see that archaeology doesn't suggest in any place that the Bible is reliable source. Besides, how does the existence of Jesus prove that God exists?

Which part of my post(s) are you referring too? I hope it's not a stupid question this time. Atheism is stupid in general I see the lamp of your intelect doesn't cast much light, so I'll end here, eating apple and drinking cola.

Anyway, you'd be surprised how many people don't believe that certain people existed and then would argue over it. You as far as I know, you believe Jesus existed while being atheist, while another atheist I know would argue nonstop with me that He never existed. I'd personally leave such things at an agree to disagree kind of thing but even little things can be hard to convince people with I think Shrug

I wasn't talking about that but ok let's see what the article says. I see it says that the bible is a credible history source. "Reading such assertions made me curious to find out how many other recent archaeological discoveries lend credibility to the historical veracity of the Bible"

So as we already know, archaeologists are just people who prove what happened in history as true by the things they find. The thing that concerns me is that nonreligious people sometimes disregard their work. I remember studying in history about people of the past and any religions they had. Jesus was mentioned in this history. Yet some still don't believe He existed even though He's part of history. Just odd...

Διαμονδ , will be one day I hope. Interestingly, I don't see much of the "religious spirit" among the professors. But I won't continue this discussion, I already stated what I wanted to say. No need for me to participate in a bidding who has more to say.

My comments on this topic moved to another topic. arktos.boards.net/thread/3635/randomIf the opinion of an atheist for religious people does not mean anything then uncomfortable religious facts for them is either a subject for criticism or an undesirable element for their eyes. I'm just doing an exchange of opinions for scientifically progressive purposes. Shrug My subjective opinion.
