I eat meat but I can't be the one to prepare it. So as long as I don't see the animal killed and then made into a meal...I'm ok. Otherwise, I will get pale...and..yeah...I'm weird

This vegan in india is largely due to influence of a community named ja ok be. Though they have no idea what was the philosophy. Many of the warriors some 2000 or 3000 years back wanted to stop materialism and that's when they abolished eating near and drunken revelry. Technically those who shun meat all op hold and even sex world fall under this jain philosophy. However it's not a caste or coming but a system is thinking. But now majority of traders have occupied various positions in india and they happen to promote this vegan thing and non violence.

You will eat beef? Isn't that very forbidden in India, I think. Or you don't really believe that? What's india anyways? My birth place because my parents happen to be in this geography. Yeah I really don't believe in those stuff. Man is born free and dies fees. All these imposition is man made. I agree. Will your family be upset though?

I really felt the disadvantanges of being a vegetarian when I stayed in UK. I mean, it's not easy to sustain in harsher conditions just being a veggie. Besides, it adds to lethargy. At least, I ensured I end up smoking and drinking. Next visit, and beef also. Because, I don't want to die. Recommend also sports multivitamin complex & fish oil capsules (omega 3 fatty acids are not produced by human bodies), I am use them constantly, 365 days in year

Sorta but I think it's great that people do it because of the way animals are treated in factiry farms. Even if people don't go completely vegan and try it for a while or do it partially that's okay. You don't need meat to build muscle. And I heard milk makes you effeminate. 😬 I think another reasonable trade off would be to just eat fish. People that eat excessive amounts of meat and claim it's nature's way should go out and kill their foid with a spear. 😁

If somebody need to lose weight try this: 1. Force youself to train in gym 3 times a week (45 minutes - 1 hour at start), especially men since gym training increases production of natural testosterone in 1.5-2 times which burns fat + training with iron absorbs glycogen in the muscles which consume calories to restore. Don't forget to take a bottle with water when will go first time. Highly recommended to hire a trainer for first 10-20 trainings. 2. Eat long carbohydrates (cereal / porridge mostly, macaroni from durum wheat, wild rice or white with additives) instead of fast (sugar, chocolate, ice cream, soda, chips, fried potatoes, fast food etc...). Table of the glycemic index shows how fast the food energy goes into the blood, the smaller number of glycemic index the better, smaller chance to get extra fat. 3. Eat each 2-4 hours by small portions (200-300 grams) if possible (put food into plastic boxes to eat at work), human body will not storage extra fat if you will eat each 2-4 hours & it will increase your metabolism (you will lose fat faster). Don't eat 1-2 times a day, it forces body to store fat (it has sense only if you can't get enough weight). Arnold Schwarzenegger ate 5 times a day to look good. 4. Replace sugar with zero calories safe sweeteners like stevia or erythritol/xylitol (last two defend teeth against caries in addition) 5. Eat more protein food to temporarily suppress hunger like boiled chicken breast, boiled fish, low fat curd, eggs, low carbohydrates protein shakes etc..., proteins are core material of our body & require a lot of energy for processing by the body 6. Eat more vegetables to temporarily suppress hunger, they contain fiber which is needed for body + difficult to digest which is reduces calories from other food if it was eaten together with vegetables 7. Install a calories calculator app into your android cell phone and find a sensitive kitchen scale into your home, it will let you more or less control how much calories you consume from food 8. Don't try to hold 100% non-carbohydrates diets, it will give you physical weakness & terrible mood, you will become dangerouse for others 9. If possible cook for yourself, your relatives are enemies in some sense, they will continue to cook & eat mostly "bad" food 10. Use multivitamin complexes and omega-3 capsules each day, you need ~ 2 grams of omega 3 per day 11. For vegetables use unrefined olive oil (omega 6) or linseed oil (omega 3) 12. Don't eat after 22:00, sleeping with light hunger is very healthy 13. Do not abuse with milk products, milk products hold water in the body, 90% of professional sportsmen don't use milk products at all 14. Don't waste your time on fat burners, they all are ineffective (including clenbuterol). Only effective is dinitrophenol but you risk to die since it is like rat poison. Temperature of body like 40°C, headache and nnon-stop desire to drink water is guaranteed. 15. Don't think that just physical activity enough to lose weight, if you will train too much then your body will save energy on other organism systems & weight will not change, 2 hours training max. More than 2 hours is possible only for guys who use steroids. 16. Cardio training (running for example) works well only if you will run more than 15-20 minutes, don't run fast since your body will consume glycogen instead of fat stores, running at speed 10km/h 50% of energy goes from fat & 50% from glycogen. Running in fresh air instead of stuffy hall is more effective. After running 40 minutes is better to make a break 10-15 minutes until body will not pump new fat from fat stores into blood.

I'd probably go insane prior to my inevitable death if I tried being vegan. It's not just a love of animal based food, I don't like my greens either.
Why anyone would pick a tub of almonds over beef as a protein source is beyond me. To each their own, I guess?

, no I'm not a vegan in the slightest. I love meat and would kill those cows and chickens myself if I had to. It reminds me of when I told my redneck extended family in the country that deer were sweet creatures. The response, "yeah they're sweet tasting." My redneck family hunts alligators as a pastime and surprisingly they taste pretty good.

I've been vegetarian for about a decade, and have been slowly lowering my dairy intake...I only drink almond milk now and usually alter my recipes to be vegan when I'm baking. Eggs and cheese are still my main source of protein, though.

It's been so long anyway that I don't remember what eating meat is like and don't want to go back
