9. In Singapore, selling, importing or spitting out chewing gum is illegal. That would suck, makes sense though, you always see gum stuck everywhere if you look close enough.

Well, from my experience living in Singapore several years ago, things were rather clean. I was not able to spot gums around there. On the other hand, I'd imagine that things would be quite different nowadays.

Surprisingly, no. I suppose I stuck to the other wonders in that country, such as its transportation system and its botanical garden, rather than think of gum.

Yes, the ban on gum was already in affect there when I lived there. Also, I indeed did enjoy my trip there. As for traveling, let's just say that I followed my family in moving between three different countries over eight times. It would make a story for another time.
