Doesn't have to be one medicine to cure all of them but do you think all diseases can be cured with medicine one day?

Cancer is mainly caused by the malfunction->mutation of the RAS- or the P53 Protein, which are regulating cell fators, regulated by their own neighboring cells. If the Ras-Protein mutates, it enhances the cell-growth uncontrolled, which causes the growth of a tumor. If the P53 mutates, it silences (hinders) the production of a tumorsupressorgene, which also causes tumors.
Sadly, if your parents are smokers for example, one of your two alleles for the tumorsupressorgene could be mutated already - about 10% of the world's population is born with a mutated tumorsupressorgene (P53), which is why cancer is usually a disease of the second part of your life -> the possibility of the mutation of the second one increases with increasing age. The mutation of a single oncogene (RAS) however suffices to cause cancer.
So, if we manage genetic engeneering to repair / destroy the mutated genes, with the possibility of finding the mutated genes with yearly check-ups, we could actually find a "cure" - or maybe the invention of actual sensors in nano-form could warn or even repair (destroy) mutated cells. Artificial tumorsupressors are maybe also an idea(?)
Interestingly, naked mole-rats are immune to cancer! Research in this direction could also be extensive and interesting.

That's pretty interesting and maybe could be something for us to learn to become immune too.

Well, it seems that they have evolved a very flexible skin to not get stuck in their caves and as it happens, the protein that makes the skin flexible also somehow prevents the growth of cancer cells. I don't exactly know how, haven't well read myself about it enough

Yes. Who needs disease when you have a mechanical body!

You guys should look into CRISPR. There is rumors it could be the cure for cancer along with many other things.

Well yes because "one day" future humans will eventually conquer all diseases and find ways to become immortal. But that "one day" can be very, very far into the future from now.

This seems like a dream come true. But you don't think immortality is a bit impossible to achieve? I think age process will need to stop after some time but will be difficult to control maybe hmm

No, it's not. I would go far as to say that humanity could conquer the entire universe. Technology is always advancing, and has no signs of slowing down.

I do believe in aliens, other alien species are very likely to exist. But you think people would take over the universe not aliens? I find more people to think aliens would take over. Shrug
