I'm sick and tired of these godforsaken theists keep saying they have evidence of a god, yet don't show any to us! They think we'll just accept some thinly-veiled fallacies and false premises without us looking twice. We know that's not the evidence, don't try fooling us! Show us the real evidence! Why do they keep hiding the truth of a god from all of us?! I've heard a lot saying there's this god everywhere in nature, but I tried looking under a few rocks and I couldn't find it. Maybe it was under that really big one I couldn't lift, who knows. Some others say it's in the Bible, but I must've skimmed over the part proving a deity or something. Maybe I was too busy laughing at stuff like Joshua 2:1, 2 Chronicles 21:11, and Luke 17:15-16, and trying to figure out the details of how stuff like where the light in Genesis 1:3 came from without a sun or stars, and how the plants in 1:11 grew without the sun. Or maybe it was that light mentioned from before? Where did it ever go, anyways? Who knows. Still others say I just have to open my heart. I've been doing that, but haven't felt anything. Maybe it's a problem with the time zone differences. What's the UTC offset for heaven, again? There are even a few that say something about bananas and how they fit perfectly, but personally I'm a bit creeped out by the way they phrase that. If I didn't know any better, I would almost say they didn't have any evidence...

Bananas? Theism isn't for everybody. So, some won't see anything important in it. Demons know God exists and it makes no difference to them so it's just part of life.

Yeah, there's this weird line of reasoning with Bananas. It goes something like this: * Bananas fit perfectly in the hand * Therefore they were created by an intelligent creator * ...and that intelligent creator is God! I don't know if Ray Comfort is the one who really came up with it, but he's certainly popularized it. I've heard it more times than I can count. Perfect phallus joke fodder though, so it's not for nothing!

But when I'm hungry all fruits fit well into my hand Shrug

You're lashing out a lil' with this post and that's a fine emotional response, it will likely recieve push back in the form of similar emotional lash outs. Real answers come by understanding what triggers the emotional response and where your interpretation of the trigger can be improved to not trigger. Can't know if your intent is to let off some steam or if you believe there's more to this post.

Real answers come by understanding the need to lash out or the underlying trigger within oneself. Can't know if your intent is to let off some steam or if you believe there's more to this post. It's a joke. I'm being sarcastic the whole post. I welcome real answers though, and I'll give real responses to those real answers.

2 Chronicles 21:11 - What is the problem? "...he ... caused the inhabitants of Jerusalem to commit fornication..." It may just be me, but the idea of this sounds funny.

These events are described simply as the fact of what happened and nothing more! Shrug There is no hidden meaning here, except that the people of Israel fell into sin!

Ok, seems verse discussions. 2 Chronicles 21:11 Moreover he made high places in the mountains of Judah, and caused the inhabitants of Jerusalem to commit harlotry, and led Judah astray.
Says God made high places in mountains and that the people sinned. When sin happens the bible says it is because they don't have God or refuse Him. So with God it causes them to obey and not sin and without God it causes them to obey and sin. So with God gone from them they sinned because of it. This is wht it says that.
Joshua 2:1 2 Now Joshua the son of Nun sent out two men from Acacia Grove to spy secretly, saying, “Go, view the land, especially Jericho.” So they went, and came to the house of a harlot named Rahab, and lodged there.
Rahab hid the spies. Anyone can hide spies. They accepted because she was willing to hide them. I think anyone would accept someone's help when it's needed. People take big risks hiding people sometimes. Just think about those hiding Jews back then. If they were found out they hid the Jews it would not be well for them. You take whoever can help when in need of hiding.
Luke 17:15-16 15 And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, returned, and with a loud voice glorified God, 16 and fell down on his face at His feet, giving Him thanks. And he was a Samaritan.
This is just worship or prayer. You get on your knees and put face to the ground. The hands go in between face and ground.

I know what the verses actually mean, but the way they're phrased is pretty funny. He fell on his face, for christ's sake! I imagine this as an accident turning it into a thanks to save face. As for Joshua 2:1, I know I just have a dirty mind, but I can't help but imagine how loud it must've been going if everyone in the city knew. But here's how I'm reading it: They were tasked with scouting. Instead, they visited the local prostitute. It was so loud they woke the whole city up. This is likely the least accurate interpretation ever, but it's what I can't help but imagine... uwu

But it's not really about showing that God exists because Jesus proved that. Jesus resurrected and people saw it and people spread the word because it was a fact but some still refused to believe after seeing. He was on earth 40 days still after resurrection. Did it really make a difference? Not much. Jews remained in disbelief and so did most. Thomas was just having issues for some reason so Jesus told him to stop it since deep down he knew but was running from the truth. Then Thomas eventually said ok Jesus, my God, you are alive.
John 20 24 Now Thomas, called the Twin, one of the twelve, was not with them when Jesus came. 25 The other disciples therefore said to him, “We have seen the Lord.”
So he said to them, “Unless I see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe.”
26 And after eight days His disciples were again inside, and Thomas with them. Jesus came, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, “Peace to you!” 27 Then He said to Thomas, “Reach your finger here, and look at My hands; and reach your hand here, and put it into My side. Do not be unbelieving, but believing.”
28 And Thomas answered and said to Him, “My Lord and my God!”
29 Jesus said to him, “Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”
And even if it was written directly to people in the bible they still won't believe. See, Romeo, confirms it. (Romeo, just using your example since you're backing up that no matter what some won't believe so using it as a positive thing to show there is no need to fight with those who don't believe because it will not change anything)
"Anyway, it won't even make sense to me if in other parts of the Bible it would be written: "The Trinity is true and Romeo is dumb", because I am not a Christian anyway."
