Flieschmen and Pons left us with an experiment claiming achievement of cold fusion. With no replicable results it was deemed a hoax, and psuedoscience. I think useful information was left behind. I can't help but wonder how the results of thier experiment would be effected by personal manipulations. Basically I would like to try an experiment using Resonant Atomic Transmutation to achieve fusion of Hydrogen Isotope Ions to create Helium through electromagnetically manipulated plasma electrolysis of a Lithium Salt and Dueterium Oxide Solution using Platinum Anodes and a Palladium Cathode. Palladium holds a very unique molecular structure that only Hydrogen atoms can occupy. The Dueterium Oxide will produce Dueteron Ions. These are a Hydrogen Isotope so they are able to occupy the Cathode. Could Achieving Phonon Resonance of the Palladium Cathode give the Ions enough energy to fuse? What's you guys opinion on this?

This will need to be experimented on. Continue from what was left behind unto your own experiment. If you're able to be successful and get something out of it then it will be amazing.
